Final pricing depends on device condition verification. Payments are made via UPI or bank transfer after successful pickup and inspection.
CellAdda reserves the right to cancel orders if incorrect information is provided or if the device does not meet declared conditions.
All website content including logos, text, images, and software belongs to CellAdda and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
CellAdda shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
We may suspend or terminate access to our services if these Terms are violated.
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
