This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are processed on CellAdda (www.celladda.com). By using our services, you agree to this policy.

1. Selling Devices to CellAdda

When you sell a device to CellAdda, payment is made after successful pickup and verification of the device condition. Once payment is completed, the transaction is considered final.

2. Price Revision & Rejection

• If the device condition differs from what was declared, a revised price may be offered.
• You may accept or reject the revised price.
• If rejected, the device will be returned without any payment obligation.

3. Refunds for Buyers

Refunds for purchased refurbished devices apply only if:

• Incorrect or damaged product is delivered
• Product does not match the listed specifications
• Product is non-functional on delivery

4. Refund Process

Once a refund is approved, the amount will be credited to your original payment method (UPI / bank account) within 5–7 business days.

5. Non-Refundable Cases

• Change of mind after payment
• Incorrect information provided by the user
• Physical or liquid damage after delivery
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before pickup or shipment. Once pickup or delivery is completed, cancellation is not allowed.

7. Refund Delays

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeline, please contact us with your order details.

8. Policy Updates

CellAdda reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page.
